We enforce a 3 hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel, be sure to do so outside of the 3 hour window before class.

Cancelling withing the 3 hour window before class will result in the following:

- Non-Members: $10 charge + keep credit

- Members: $10 charge

We want to respect everyone's time and effort and expect the same in return. If you choose to not come to class, and have made no attempt to cancel beforehand, it will result in the following:

- Non-Members: $15 charge + lose credit

- Members: $15 charge

We certainly understand that life happens (+ traffic), and sometimes you arrive late. As a business we must be mindful of everyone's time and experience for both instructors and clients.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time, we will be unable to let you into the class.

You can manage all your sign ups and cancellations through your account, via our website.

We get it, sometimes life gets super busy all at once, or you're treating yourself to a long vacation.

Recurring memberships can be frozen twice a year, for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months at a time.

Freeze requests must sent via email to hey@grit-atx.com.

Canceling a membership requires a 30 day notice via email.

- 15% off our 5 and 10 Class Packs

We do not offer additional discounts on our Monthly Class Packs because they are already offered at a reduced rate for the monthly commitment.
