At Grit we do things a little different than other studios. We don’t make you choose a priority - strength or cardio. Here believe it’s important to do it all! To have a well round workout routine. We’re proud to offer multiple style classes - MAT, SPIN, a combo of the two, and now HEROBOARD PILATES. Allowing you to work on both your strength and your cardio.
HEROBOARD PILATES™
A full-body, low-impact workout performed on the HEROBOARD™ training platform.
This class focuses on controlled strength training, core stability, balance, and muscular endurance through slow, intentional movement and sustained muscle engagement.
Expect continuous flow, deep muscle activation, and a challenging yet joint-friendly workout.
Suitable for all levels.
SPIN
Also, known as indoor cycling.. At Grit, there are no rankings, no metrics - just you going as hard as the music pushes you. You'll find speed and resistance, separately and sometimes together, all the while getting lost in the music. Give yourself 45 minutes to turn your brain off and let your body move connect with the motions.
Our bikes use SPD clips.
MAT
Think mat-based pilates with the intensity turned up a notch. In this 45 minute mat-based format, we'll use dynamic muscle movements to target deep within while bursts of cardio leave you sweaty and your heart racing.
MAT & SPIN
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
