MAT + SPIN
We have two different modalities that focus on either strength or cardio. To emphasize the importance of having a balanced routine + finding the joy in challenging ourselves, we’ve carved out an entire hour where we can have it all. Starting with 30 minutes on the bike, we get our heart rate high with speed and resistance. Then spending the next 30 minutes on the mat, toning and strengthening our bodies. Everything you need in a workout while letting the music push you to the next level.
