    Along with the reality of rent increasing year over year, we want to continue building more for you!

  • New pricing will go into the effect in May. Your billing period in April will be the last billing at your current price.

    If you’ve purchased a membership on the old pricing within the past 2 months, Garland will confirm when the price increase will impact you.

  • Those who purchased a membership in March at the old pricing - will have 2 more months on their current rate.

    If you purchased our Black Friday 12 Month Membership last holiday season will keep their current rate until the end of the 2026 calendar year.

  • Yes, based on the term length in the membership you select, it will autorenew for the same amount of time. But you will be billed monthly.

  • Yes! We still offer 15% off memberships for teachers and students. We will continue to honor that discount on top of the new prices.

  • Depending on your membership, the benefits will include:

    • Early access to the schedule

    • Free Rentals

    • Discounts on apparel (in-studio & LSKD)

    • Access to a growing on-demand library so you can train anytime

    • New class format

    • Continued investment in top-tier coaches & programming

  • Launching in May, the on-demand library is a collection of short workouts that you can access via the app or our website. We hope this can accommodate your summer travels or when other plans get in the way you need to get a quick sweat in!

    For now, they will be just mat workouts.

  • Yes, of course! In order to pause your membership you must give 48 hours notice. Membership pauses must be a minimum of 1 month and no more than 2 months total in the calendar year.

  • If you know already, you can fill out the form below to let us know. Garland will reach out to you directly via email to confirm everything.

    If you need some time, no stress! Garland will be reaching out to you to confirm which membership you’d like to move forward with.

  • The cancellation policy will not change. It is still a 30 day notice to cancel your membership.

    However, 12 Month Contracts will not abide by that. In order to end a 12 month contract early, it requires a 50% buyout of what is left in the agreement.

  • We’re happy to help! Reach out to our team and we’ll guide you toward the best option.

  • While we’d hate to see you go, you can cancel your membership with a 30 day notice outlined in your agreement. Our team is happy to explore options that might work better for you.
